• proposals for resolution
• constitutional amendments
• propasals for modification of the Rules of procedure of the House
• proposals for setting up committees of enquiry
• budgets
• other documents that are not connected with the documents above and that are published as parliamentary documents (for example, reports of debates devoted to specific topics).

This databank also contains data concerning the progress of the legislative process: dates of the deliberations in committee, name(s) of the committee(s) that dealt with the text, dates of the plenary discussions in the House or the Senate, date of adoption in the House and/or the Senate, date of the law and of its publication in the Moniteur belge, name of the authors, key words, procedural aspects.

Completeness: Practically exhaustive. A small number of documents are not yet available.

• 1832 - 1988: only full text; the data in the files are not yet available.
• Through the links “Summary report” and “Verbatim report (in the menu situated to the left of the screen – heading “Plenary sittings”), the reports of the plenary discussions from 1844 are also available.
